Future war and drawing a clear picture of it have always been the main concerns of strategists and analysts on military and strategic issues. Success in drawing a picture close to what will happen and being prepared for it will give each country a tremendous advantage, and throughout history, failure to properly map the Future war has caused heavy losses for countries. Therefore, the main goal of the researcher is to identify the competencies needed by Future naval warfare commanders to determine training strategies. The type of research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of method is part of exploratory research that has been done with a Futures research approach and using environmental monitoring method and grounded theory. The statistical population of the study includes: Scientific texts related to the subject of research, interviews and reports published in journals and the sampling method has been contingent and available. The results indicate that causal factors include: upstream documents and characteristics of Future naval battles, interventionist conditions including limiters and facilitators, underlying conditions including organizational and managerial elements, pivotal phenomena including: individual competencies (with two components of revolutionary school competencies). And personality competencies) and organizational competencies (with components of specialized technical competencies and managerial competencies) that should develop human resource development and training strategies based on organizational and environmental conditions and its consequences are divided into two categories: organizational and individual.

The command and control system contribute to the creation of variety of networks, the centralized and the decentralized, in armies throughout the world so that they could manage and command them in sync at the time of either war or peace. This system is designated to procure efficient cooperation, fellowship and concordance among defense and attack armed forces with the current capacity and capabilities. The researchers delve into explanations of command patterns and air control in Future Wars with the help of applied and developing studies (decision making research and value creation) and with mixed methods in population of 50 people, it aims at addressing the question of what factors involved in command patterns and air control. More specifically, such Wars are characterized as quick and decisive operations, allied and combined, effective, power synchronization, non-linear, employment of special forces, comprehensive analysis of intelligence, simultaneous clash at three areas, preventive operations, sustainment under any circumstances, extended battlefield, focus on psychic operations, attack on the focal points, level offense, precise air and missile attack, time management, reduction of war costs, managing nations tolerance threshold and changes in the type of maneuver. Majority of the western military experts try to present themselves as the dominant power through presenting their military might, capacities, technology, and scientific, industrial and military authority. But it is a misconception since it is the power of motivation, spirit of seeking martyrdom and wills of the nations in support of their governments, which decide the equation of hostility and war.

A comprehensive plan that will provide all aspects of the armed forces' readiness to enter the battle scene in the Future. It is necessary and inevitable. The main purpose of the present research is to present a model for promoting organization for combat in Future Wars The research carried out is in terms of application-developmental type. And the method of doing this case study is grounding and solidarity. The statistical population is composed of experts and experts in the field of military science who have an article, compilation or research project in relation to the subject of research and have at least 20 years of work experience in the field of research and at least a graduate degree is 120. And at two levels of the General Staff of the Armed Forces as the strategic level and the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) as the operational level and about 120 people. The sampling method in this research was targeted to be a snowball to saturation A commentary continues. Depending on the internal and external conditions, as well as the type and nature of the threats ahead, the mobilization of national resources varies in terms of enemy threats and the occurrence of war, so can have different effects. This study aims to explore the impact of mobilizing national facilities and resources in Future Wars. The research method in this study is deductive and functional in terms of functionality and the data collected has been analyzed quantitatively through mixed method, in addition to library and documentary studies, then its results have been used in a qualitative method. According to the findings, mobilizing national resources can provide commanders an unparalleled capacity, firstly to develop deterrence, and secondly to alter the fate of the battle for their own advantage in case of war. Finally, the researcher has provided some practical suggestions.

From ancient times, technology has played a significant role in shaping the fate of human societies. Over time, and especially after the Industrial Revolution, technology has been regarded as a cornerstone in various fields of life, particularly in military and warfare domains. Advanced technology, in addition to creating deterrence and preventing losses and costs, has been a decisive factor in military victories. In recent years, the penetration of new AI technology into human life has brought significant transformations in many areas, including the military sector and the battlefield. AI, by providing new tools and solutions, has fundamentally altered the key elements of war and warfare. The nature of war is a crucial topic, and the main concern of this research is whether AI will change or preserve it. Therefore, the research question is: What impact does AI and its application in the military field have on the nature of warfare? The research hypothesis is that the nature of warfare will undergo long-term transformation due to AI. The research findings indicate that the components of the nature of war, based on Clausewitz's perspective, violence, chance, and politics are affected by AI, and the application of AI in the military field will intensify warfare. An analytical method has been used in the research, and both internet and library sources have been utilized.

This study was conducted in order to identify the causes and factors of Future Wars in the West Asia region using the method of layered analysis of causes. First, the documents related to the subject were studied and reviewed. Then the concepts and words counted through a questionnaire to the sample community consisting of 66 experts were presented and the data obtained using SPSS and Excel software and descriptive statistical methods (calculation of mean and variance) and inference (estimation of confidence interval and calculation of statistics) chi-square test) was analyzed. Considering that the layered analysis of causes includes four layers of litany, causal systems, discourse (worldview) and myth or metaphor, to divide the causes in each of the layers from the duration of their being the cause of war and the number of opinions of the respondents regarding the correlation of Future Wars These components were used. Finally, by obtaining the opinions of the experts, the most important types of Future Wars were classified as hybrid Wars, network-based war, influence-based war, and soft war. According to the findings, the most important causes of Future Wars in the West Asian region in the first layer (litany level) are power seeking, revenge and access to nuclear energy; In the second layer (level of social systems), the causes of occurrence in politics, technology and economy; In the third layer (worldview) the causes of religion, ideology and religion and in the fourth layer (metaphor or myth) language, self-conceit and different religious sects were classified.

Any military action or operation, regardless of the executive section, requires command and control over it. Increasing the speed, accuracy and breadth of the operation area, the interference of human factors and technological constraints have greatly grown the complexity of command and control systems; on the other hand, the uncertainty and complexity of the operation scene makes it difficult to use traditional information analysis methods. This study aims to determining the components and indicators of command and control of the combat organization in Future Wars. In this applied-developmental research, the method of data gathering is survey, descriptive-analytic. Based on the type of data needed, it is a mixed method research. In this study, a valid and reliable questionnaire (validated by experts and its reliability through Cronbach's alpha 0. 85) conducted among 32 participants selected among from 110 people. In the results, normal distribution of data, correlation coefficients and factor loading coefficients of the components and indices of command and control determined. The components of command and control are decisive command with 3 indices, simple schemes and instructions with 2 indices, constant communication with 3 indices and instantaneous information with 4 indices. Constant communication with mean (7. 65) comes in the first, decisive commander with mean (7. 44) comes in the second, instantaneous information with mean (5. 99) comes in the third place and simple schemes and instructions with mean (5. 41) comes in the forth.

Preparedness and support in the holy defense is considered as a wonderful experience, a combination of different generations of Wars, and it is necessary to use the experiences of this battle and other contemporary Wars that happen continuously. On the other hand, in order to respond to the various scenes of an upcoming battle, there is a need for different preparations and support in order to provide the power to confront and direct all kinds of conflicts and Wars in the domestic and cross-border dimension. In this article, according to the experiences and scientific learnings of preparation and support in holy defense, as well as the analysis of contemporary battles, the proposed features of preparation and support for Future Wars are stated. This research is applied in terms of type and descriptive and survey in terms of method and is conducted in a combined (qualitative-quantitative) manner. In this research, the method of qualitative content analysis as well as the method of paired comparisons was used to prioritize the characteristics of readiness and support for Future Wars. And finally, using pairwise comparisons, the number of ten features has been presented.
